- Back to the Future - Duh. Might be the perfect movie about a teenager who dates his mom.
- Terminator 2: Judgement Day - Hasta La Vista Baby.. I love this movie so much so that I make the John Conner Motorbike face whenever I am riding my bike.. even the stationary one.
- Dazed and Confused - It’s the ultimate hang out movie. You can jump in and be surrounded by great characters. Oh, and it’s got an epic soundtrack.
- Goonies - Am I a child of the 80s.. yes.. do I love Goonies.. Of course.
- Die Hard with a Vengeance - Man, I tried to put something newer on here.. but the opening with HOT DOWN SUMMER IN THE CITY.. makes me FEEL the heat and summer.
Honorable Mentions: Sandlot, Summer Catch, Clueless, Caddyshack, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Top Gun, Top Gun Maverick, Grease, Jaws, any of the current run of Star Trek movies.
This list was inspired by Star Trek, actually. As Jenn put it on last night in the background and while it has, its flaws.. it’s just really easy to watch.
